About CN
CN, Christophe Nortier, Lda — trading as CN Engineering & Consulting — is a construction, engineering and consultancy company registered in Dili, Timor-Leste, with its office at Rua Has-Badak, Comoro.
The company was founded by Christophe Nortier, a French-Portuguese civil engineer with more than ten years of construction and consultancy experience in Timor-Leste and Indonesia. It works across four lines — construction, supervision, architecture and IT supply — for private clients, companies, religious congregations, NGOs, development banks, UN agencies and government ministries.
CN is the Timor-Leste representative of Bernabad Arquitectura + Ingeniería, SLP (Spain), which allows us to combine local construction know-how with European design and engineering capacity.
