CN builds. As a licensed contractor registered in Timor-Leste we take full responsibility for a project from mobilisation to handover: our own site engineers, our own quantity surveying, and a network of trusted subcontractors and suppliers in Dili and the municipalities.

We work for private clients, companies, congregations, NGOs and public bodies, on new buildings as well as renovations, extensions and rehabilitations of existing structures. Recent works include the aircraft hangar refurbishment at Suai airport for TIMOR GAP and the municipal service counter in Dili financed by the European Union.

Every contract comes with a transparent bill of quantities, a realistic programme, weekly reporting and a defects liability period we actually honour.

• Structural works in reinforced concrete and steel
• Roofing, cladding, joinery and finishes
• Electrical, plumbing and drainage installations
