CN is the Timor-Leste representative of Bernabad Arquitectura + Ingeniería, SLP, a Spanish architecture and engineering practice. Together we deliver design from concept to construction drawings, adapted to local materials, climate, seismic conditions and the way contractors in Timor-Leste actually build.
We also prepare complete tender packages — drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and contract documents — and run the tender and negotiation on the owner's behalf, so that the same team that designed the building supervises it.
Design references include the import and export scanner facilities at Tibar Bay Port, the feasibility study for the University of the City of Aileu for the Ministry of Higher Education, and the buildings of the Naroman Esperansa campus.
