Not every job is a new building. Embassies, international organisations, companies and households in Dili need a reliable contractor for the work that keeps a building running: roof leaks, electrical faults, plumbing, air-conditioning, ceilings, painting, fences, generators and small extensions.

CN provides this with the same engineering discipline as our large projects: a written quotation, a date, a qualified crew and a report with photographs when the work is done. For organisations we can set up a maintenance contract with scheduled inspections.

We also carry out technical installations — GPS fleet tracking for the WHO country office, UPS and IT-room electrical works, wall reinforcement for display systems, power-meter commissioning and solar/ATS diagnostics.
